how is your scapula positioned if you dont mind me asking? some suggest slight rounded shoulders and some recommend retracted and depressed. been having a trouble getting my shoulders in position due to tight trap and chest, plus i have short arms....:banghead:

I think the most impressive thing here is the control with which you lower it! I know there's too schools...one is lowering slow, one is lowering fast (but controlled). Usually the guys you see lowering slow are all touch and go...but you sir are a BEAST.

I catch hell from everyone about how slow I lower it haha but it's what's comfortable for me. My GF thinks I use to much strength lowering it... Idk...
