Liver protection and detox

What do you take during a cycle with orals to lessen the burdain on the liver ?

Recently straight pure glutathione has come on the market,what do you think about this and how much would you suggest daily for a 6 week cycle of 100mg/ed of orals ?

Until now i get NAC,ALA and a multi supplelent with milk thistle,dandelion,barberry,artichoke,turneric,methionine,choline,inositol and taurine and blood work has shown that 3 weeks after cycle liver enzymes are still slightly higher than normal .

Sythergine isn't available here in Europe (neither have i ever found liv 52 here in Germany) and as for liver transplants,i bet i'll have to use much more drugs as a transplant patient than now.Besides things aren't so dramatic.
