no idea what this means at this point... but if these are additional adenoma, i will be seeking ablation

They removed a lot of the previous cysts in various lobes, and they don't appear visible anymore

There's one in your right hepatic lobe, you prob know already. Worth asking docs what their opinion is and if it requires further removal

Chat GPT is really good at breaking down medical jargon into normal people jargon. Of course your medical provider will be the best as there's so much nuance but I've used chat gpt while waiting for a doctors interpretation and it was spot on.

we are going to explore a re-innervation procedure in the near future it looks like.

on an unrelated note, all my bloodwork looks pretty good, so that's nice

Just be happy they got the means to find these things and then cut them out. We live in a pretty awesome time. Sorry to be that guy, but its true.


As others have said, I would drop down to to true TRT for a while. But good luck in whatever you choose to do.

well my friend in med school said it isn't necessarily a done deal..

he advised me to keep training abs regardless, and recovery of the nerve could take a year or longer.



guess ill keep plugging away and keeping the GH and mk677 usage daily to help the process along. gh seems like a promising agent for this issue

Don't give up. It took John Meadows 5+ years to recover his abs but he did. He said one day he just all of a sudden had control of them.

do we know the extent of John's surgical intervention that led to his ab issues? I've noticed in his pictures that he doesn't have much of a navel.. perhaps @b-boy or someone who was close to him could shed some light

i can feel my abs on the cut side contracting.. or at least it feels like they are (hard to tell because i still have some swelling).

@Performance Based said he could contract his abs but the muscles are pretty atrophied and flat

He had his colon removed and a mesh implant… I had mine cut do to a bowel resection and had issues feeling the right side. 10+ years later I can feel them some but not like the left side. It’s not a noticeable difference if you look at me though

barely, more at the top than the bottom where I was cut. Bottom was just numb. Now I have to really try to contract. Even now when doing sit-ups the left side will take over

I recall Meadows saying he couldn't feel or contract his but he kept training them in the hopes the nerve / mind-muscle connection would be rebuilt. Then all of a sudden one day when he was prepping to win his pro card he could feel them again. His only idea on the cause was his GH usage.

I also severed the nerves to my hand before and it was useless/limp for about 6 months then one day my thumb moved a little and within an hour my whole hand came back… nerves can be weird I guess

Im sorry if this has already been covered somewhere in the first 15 pages, but I am curious what your liver values were right before or during the adenoma discovery?

Also, were you taking any liver ancillaries?

not really.. but don't deceive yourself into thinking they will keep you safe
