Potentially yeah. Side delts and arms recover a lot quicker than other body parts and no real CNS fatigue so it’s plausible it could worki think you would make more progress adding a rest day every 3 training days than every 6 training days
agreement. Arms training is a rest day for mePotentially yeah. Side delts and arms recover a lot quicker than other body parts and no real CNS fatigue so it’s plausible it could work
Off season I think could drop an arm day if you’re struggling to progress and everything else on pointagreement. Arms training is a rest day for me
Thank you for the kind words mate I really hope so would be a literal dream to one day stand on a pro stageYou certainly look amazing. Fantastic transformation. To me you look like you could go far in this sport.
You look great in the picture on the right.Just to keep some form of updates to this
Started my offseason under a good UK coaches guidance about 3 weeks ago
Up 30lbs which isn’t overly ideal but added in GH and slin. Give or take as lean as I was, BP still low, no lower back pumps other than looking like a water buffalo and lower leg pumps when doing cardio I feel great constantly pumped and workouts flying
Some pics
For reference I am the same bodyweight in both pics the 2 now pictures are post the 30lb gain so not a disaster and still holding some vascularity View attachment 182491View attachment 182492
Now I see it. Much fuller. For anyone who questions insulin’s ability with carbs. this right here. LolGive or take this is about 25-30lbs difference left to right View attachment 182494
Man I’ve been blown away by it every morning I step on the scale I’m like what the fuck is going on even checked the scales to see if they were working properly! I’m sure it will taper off soon and hopefully drop off a good bit so I can get to work on growing some real tissue! And thanks mate me to first real off-season and first time using hgh and insulinNow I see it. Much fuller. For anyone who questions insulin’s ability with carbs. this right here. Lol
Excited to follow your progress through this growth phase.
