Yeah they definitely need bringing up I really regret never really bothering to train them much 😂

Arms to I feel but arms on a taller guy forever need brining up lol
 
One question I do have which I know without bloods is guesswork however

On my cycle

500mg sust
600mg eq
400mg mast e
50mg anavar pre workout

I was on 1g arimidex EOD

Could this be to high? I noticed I started to develop tendinitis, lack of energy, no pumps etc which are hard to determine whether it’s just dieting in general or crashing E2

Not that I necessarily recommend going without the guidance of a physician, but it certainly did skip a lot of red tape to exactly what I wanted and private results.

EQ lowers estrogen biosynthesis for certain people. Drop the AI and see how you feel.

I have thought about it being lowered to 0.5mg as the EQ and mast should be acting as AI and test isn’t super high

Get those weak parts up to speed with the rest of your physique and you should do well.
Shouldn't be too much of a problem, your genetics show you can grow, just gotta pour in some extra work here and there.

Thank you buddy yeah I see quite a lot of weaknesses but I think everyone does in themselves. Pretty much just need to be bigger all over to be freaky big at my heigh (5.10ft) you’ve gotta be pushing 250lbs stage weight minimum I believe and I’m probably gonna be around 220lbs so a hell of a long way to go just hope my genetics allow it

One hell of a transformation man- hats off to you. Very valuable lesson to members- learn before you post. I learned on here for over 10 years before actively posting.

I think your biceps are good, I’d focus on triceps to balance out the symmetry along with hams and calves as others have said. Killer back!

On your your cycle question I would run blood work and check E2 and CRP. Depending how long you’ve been on cycle and lifting heavy you may just need a deload and have fatigue/inflammation.

I think combining intensity and volume works great. I’ve found myself doing progressive overload training lately and then throwing in an FST 7 style exercise at the end of weaker body part days to add some volume and fully fatigue the muscle. Done right the combination can be very effective.

I’d diet down to show weight or do a local show as it would really help you reset things and then use the rebound to really grow and add on more size as your body would be prime for it.

Everyone is different but on your cycle I personally wouldn't use any AI. As posted EQ and Mast can both have an effect and your test dose isn't that high. I predict if you drop the AI you will start feeling better over the next few weeks. Get blood work done after 6-8 weeks (I use medichecks) and go from there. If you need an AI as little as possible and for me that could be as low as 12.5-25mg aromasin every 3 days but bloodwork will show how much you need (if any).

Bloodwork takes the guessing out of it and although it's not the be all end all of health, it does give you an idea of where you're at when you're off, cruising or blasting. I hope you're at least keeping BP in check! That's such an easy one to monitor and even correct. Best of luck on your journey!!

I must get it done soon that’s for sure. BP I check weekly currently at 106/69 which isn’t too bad. I do take quite a lot of health supplements aimed at gear uses from a company called Strom sports here in the UK and make as sensible decisions with everything as possible but always a risk with what we do just gotta try and minimise it where possible
 
Question on HGH I know this is gonna be mega personal preference but when in your physique development would you guys look to add it? Trying to figure out if I anywhere near the level of it being much use in terms of my level of development and AAS usage

My coach and a lot of UK guys say it’s totally useless but then on the USA boards and guys in general love it

GH if you have the money, don't even think about it

t3 unnecessary 90% at gh you will need a small dose of t4

train - probably not

Isn't too bad? Can't get any better than that without diastolic being too low! What BP meds are you on?

I take Systolmax and Thrombomax from strom sports and some cialis but actual meds none just managed to keep it quite low fortunately losing weight has probably helped
