looking for a web site

Hey guys, I am in need of a decent web site that has a way for me to input information on food and it will give me there values...The ones I have found are geared toward the very basic fitness....I like to power lift my goal is to figure out what my macros needs are meet them and add in more protein....we are what we absorb right...so I guess what I need is a food values web site....

any help would be great thank you all
