I been lifting for several years with hockey and have had injuries due to hockey. I am recovering from ulnar nerve surgery (11 months ago) and also being a type 1 diabetic.
I am looking to hire someone that can work with me. I think I have a meal plan down with 4 starches per meal and 1 and 1/2 per snack (twice daily).
My main goal is losing weight. I was unable to lift for 3 years now with the pain and not being able to pick up a coke can.
If anyone can help or has personal experience it would be appreciated. (I just dont want to be a lurker anymore)
