Lately, carbs have been making me so tired. Ive been debating keeping them at <60 grams per day. Say, in the morning, and after a workout, thats it.
Then, on the weekends, I will do carb loading.
I'm currently bulking, and running DC training.. Anyone ever do low carb bulking? Can anyone recommend a diet?
