i was taking 1/2 tab of viagra before workouts and it definitely works being pharma grade NO.

the reason i stopped was i started getting massive headaches. just wasnt worth it for me to deal with that when i can take a good food grade NO supplement and get similar results without the discomfort.

Works. I train for strongman, event training 3x/wk, and I've noticed that cialis enables me to warm up quicker, and hold onto that full body pump longer.

5mg daily PreWO is all you need for Cialis, I used it for 6months and really liked it. One thing I would like to note is that I don't feel like it increases your MAXIMUM pump at all (neither do NO products), it just makes you get to that pump faster.

Did you feel you held the pump longer also?

I have been curious about this for awhile.This seems to really make sense in theory,but unfortunately for this use of the drug feedback from others and "broscience" is all we got right now .

I tried 15-20 of cialis... but damn this headache is killing me! Around 5 mgs is enough or so some say. dosage could be hard to determine as far as maximum results. I'm trying to determine if viagra or cialis would have more benefit. Would a longer half-life be more desirable or less. On paper it looks really good, with increased blood and nutrient flow and increased muscle satellite cell activation and all the other benefits of NO! There are studies on viagra preventing leg atrophy and increasing endurance.

Don't be over concerned about the erection problem... I had no problem with it.
