sometimes when you are natural you can easily fall in overtraining then your test level drop. So take 5 days off from the gym then go have your blood tested.I'm sure you'll have higher values

That was the thing is that I had taken time away from the gym and cardio to eliminate that variable. I can't remember now(is probably in this thread somewhere) but I think it was 1-1.5 weeks away from weights and 5ish days with no cardio.

Odd that this got bumped but I finally have my endo appointment tomorrow morning and will hopefully get some more informed answers than what my GP gave me back in the spring.
