I dont do GH/insulin. Even when bodyfat is low, my lower abdomen seems to protrude somewhat.
Is this just a place my body contains visceral fat (below the muscle)?
Or is this related to some training movement? Like, should I cut out the weighted lower abdominal work (the weighted leg raises)?
Or is it diet related / gear related? I can't seem to to put together a correspondence between this effect and anything to do with training or diet.
