There's lot of science out there on what macro ratios, nutrient timing (no carbs before bed for example) etc to use to get shredded. I'm looking for real world experiences. To lose that last bit of fat for a show, how many of you (those who have ACTUALLY competed and came in CONDITION) had to rearrange macros? For instance, swapping carbs for protein. I appreciate those who take the time to share their experiences.
