Hey Magnum, have you got any news updates on KIng for us? I know we can't have a sneak peek.................or can we????? Only kidding. But some news on his prep condition........Thanks Magnum, it will be appreciated!!

I just saw some 4 day out pics and everything is on target. He is VERY depleted and hungry at this point and weighing 245. I am patiently waiting (he is not) for the right time to increase his food intake. Most like I will do that tomorrow at some point during the day. My goal was too surpass his 2001 conditioning with improved weak points and I feel that we have reached this goal.

245 today? Damn, I bet King will look great in his new "streamlined" condition.

I was not a big King fan until he came on here and was very "real", and now I am behind him and especially Magnum. I really enjoy your contest prep posts Magnum and hope King does well - you seem like a very knowledgeable and "old school" kind of guy when it comes to contest prep.
