If someone is close to the max weight and wanted to make it into a certain weightclass what are some methods to help make the class but still remain full.
I usually start carb loading on Wed, but may not make the class if I start that early. Should I try to make weight in the am or pm? Is there a way to get below you actual weight and make weight and then fill up to a heavier weight by prejudging?
P.S I always use a keto style diet.
