I just want to post my diet to get some feedbeck and see what others think.Before let me give u a small history.I am a hardgainer, Age 33, training since 17.Doing two light cycles a year.5'11'' , 200lbs. (around 12% bodyfat).
Im off aas right now, just on some peptides, im trying to keep it clean and maybe loose some fat, but im afraid im eating too little:
1- Breakfast (pre workout) 50gr whey , 2 slice of taost bread
2-PWO 60gr. Jasmine rice, 250gr. beef or chiken, lots of mix veggies.
3-50gr. whey with milk
4- 60gr. Jasmine rice, 250gr.fish, lots of mix veggies
5- 50gr whey with milk.
Here it is, its always good to hear different opinions.....
