I just want to post my diet to get some feedbeck and see what others think.Before let me give u a small history.I am a hardgainer, Age 33, training since 17.Doing two light cycles a year.5'11'' , 200lbs. (around 12% bodyfat).
Im off aas right now, just on some peptides, im trying to keep it clean and maybe loose some fat, but im afraid im eating too little:

1- Breakfast (pre workout) 50gr whey , 2 slice of taost bread

2-PWO 60gr. Jasmine rice, 250gr. beef or chiken, lots of mix veggies.

3-50gr. whey with milk

4- 60gr. Jasmine rice, 250gr.fish, lots of mix veggies

5- 50gr whey with milk.

Here it is, its always good to hear different opinions.....

Very deficient in fat. Looks very unhealthy.
 
i think u guys r right. I belive that my problem lately is that i think too much!!!!I used to eat way way more, and look much better than now. Then a few years back i got really ripped thru very strict low calories diet.Since then I belive i change my metabolism for the worse, i get fat easier than before.So i'm trying to get back to normal but my mind is still limited, so i accept suggstions.
Something that makes me think is that when i first started wight training for muscle gain, my first diet, given to me by a pro trainer, was way more calories and nutrients than wht im taking now!!!!!!!!Do u think i can re-adjust my metabolism?I loose muscle very easily if i dont eat enuff, and thats why i end up at only 200lbs.......Before my stupid " want to get ripped" phase, i was 220 with around 10-12% fat, i burned off all my muscle with my crazy diet, and ended up at 177lbs at 5% bodyfat!!!!!!
 
Try 6 meals a day - 45 grams protein each, and 15 grams fat.

Have 20 grams carbs in the first 5 meals, and no carbs in the last meal.
