Could be that you are sensitive to DHT compounds as I would assume any androgens could have the side effects you mention.

No I haven't , I only run Tren the last few week before a show so generally by the time I start to get any real noticed sides I'm coming off.
I've heard that low dose Caber works

I shared what I take before sleep with madg. This protocol may be helpful for yourself.
I am also prescribed Prazosin which I can take before bed. It's a blood pressure medication which I am specifically prescribed for PTSD nightmares. It's an "off label" prescription but I'm fairly certain anyone can get it from their MD so long as they say they have nightmares. I suspect this medication would help with androgen side effects.

I take saw palmetto/nettle extract when on primo or mast and it helps a ton with this side effect.

Yeah this happens to me, CBD helps. I also take an antihistamine (doxylamine) a couple nights a week to catch up on sleep.

For me atleast, I used to use diphenhydramine but now when I try it I feel really hungover in the morning so I avoid it. A full 25 mg tab of doxylamine can be a bit much for me as well, so I usually split it in half. If you haven't tried doxylamine I would recommend so, it is very strong.
