maximizing my gains on syntherol ??

On a syntherol 10 weeks cycle, on which part of it I’m expecting the biggest gains? Knowing that period, I will be able to put an extra effort into training, dieting and resting, at that particular time, to maximize growth.

From my experience, it was the maintenance pieriod.

I believe it will take time to grow into the stretched fascia, so expect your gains to come when the swelling goes down and you are primed and ready to grow into it
