At least the IRS won't be able to act like the mafia and need to go through the court system.

IRS

The IRS was subpoenaed to appear before a Federal Court to answer to the charges that they were never ratified by congress, and the IRS defied that subpoena saying that no one had the power to question their authority.

I doubt that this will fare much better.
