Does anyone use this? Would there be any benefit to using this instead of Olive Oil while dieting for a show? I was told it burns faster and is less likely to be stored so it would be a better choice while dieting? Any feedback? Thanks.
i am not sure, but i believe that while the MCT will not be stored, it is burned as a prefered energy source, which might hinder fat loss. my thought are that it would be best used while bulking so ur body could use the food for growth.
i have heard that alot of runers use it for quick energy, be careful on the dosage because it will make you shit real quick if your not careful. go with a half dose until you get used to it. goes well in a shake.
