The first sets of laterals and extensions were light warm ups. When I start lifting heavier my elbows and shoulders give me a problem. I thought I would try this approach to see if it would work. I will lower the volume and increase the weight once I start my supplements in January.
a elbow and shoulder problem. is this pain or fattigue? because if the elbow and shoulder fattigue before the pecs, then why train them before the benching? I didnt understand that one ()-;
