To me, using this product daily, the pro's dont outweigh the cons. BUT, after reading that thread where someone said Dexter and another guy takes 50mg pre workout got me thinking. First off avg dose is 1-2mg so I think that was a typo. they probably took 5mg. I would think 50mg would cause instant jaundice and an instant hospital visit. So, my ? is, to those who have used it, what dose did you use and did you use it pre-workout? If so how long before the workout? And did you really feel a diff. Seems like this could be safely used if one was to only use it 1-2x per week on maybe a weaker bodypart day pre-workout if it really gives you that much extra strength before your workout.
