Mid-Florida Contest..

Good morning......

I wanted to post the events from my weekend here in Central Florida.....

First, I want to thank Tony for his support...he's always making sure I stay on track, thanks babe.

Second Phil Hernon....Phil thank you for being there and always helping me make with any adjustments that maybe necessary and if needed....and always being positive.

Well, I entered my second show last night.....had a great time!!

I saw new friends, old ones, and met more new ones....I love that!

It was a tough class...11 competitors in this class, and they were absolutely awesome!

I did not place this time, but I feel I did my best.....I was alot leaner, so that was good....I know how to get there and what I have to do to get there....

I was very happy with my condition.

I met Brad (SABAGOY) and he was absolutely adorable....very cool, super nice, oh, and very cute, lol.....as was his girl friend and mom.(super sweet)

He looked great!!! I will post pics.

Saw TFLEXXIN, and his wife...very cool.....I first saw him, and thought, he looks familiar, then recognized him...."Big T"....this guy is BIG!, and also very nice

Back Stage pic

it may not look like it, but the only thing I could think about was water,water, and water........

It was really hot back stage and in the building.....I think the AC gets turned on in the morning, it doesnt really cool off enough, because people always complain about how hot it is at this show..expecially for pre-judging....but it always a really good show!

Hey guys.

Just got back in town...and just like Marilyn had a great time this weekend! I came in 2nd in my class...open middle and was very pleased...had some tough competition. I couldnt have done this without the help of Phil...he got me to where i am today and look forward to where he can help take me in this sport.

Marilyn and Tony it was GREAT meeting you guys this weekend...you are both so nice and fun people to be around...really glad we were finally about to meet and know we will stay in touch for a long time.

I will work on getting some pictures up in the next day or two myself.

Now its time to do some laundry and get all that tanning spray off my clothes...oh a and go to the grocery and stock up so i can grow!

Oh...and Tony your right...Marilyn does post like she talks

poor judging. Sabagoy most shredded guy in class, deserved win over much larger but poorly conditioned competitor. JMHO. Marylin, shafted as well!
Hope judges not reading, but sending bad messages to competitors, apples and oranges decisions all year from Fl NPC judging panels.

A little more size you you bro and watch out, you'll be cleaning house in the FL MIddleweights! good job!

Thanks tflexxin...I was a little surprised in the outcome as well but damn does it give me motivation this off season

Another back stage shot...this is Irene in front(met her 3 weeks ago) and new friend Kim....she was a trip, really hyper, funny, says whatever she felt like saying.....she recently saw Knickelback in concert, love them!..we got to know each before pre-judging while waiting in line to get touch up spray tan.

Keep training hard Marilyn and they will reward you. Sagaboy, Congrats! I like to see a condition competitor, rather than some one that is just bigger.

.....I am now looking forward to growing a bit more muscle, specially arms, and shoulders, and would like to work on legs a bit more, but not too much....otherwise, BIKINI DIVISION .....HERE I COME!!!!LOL.(kidding)

Greg, I did and it looked really good, and dried fast...the lady knew what she was doing. She worked alone and somehow got everyone done that made appts and went above and beyond to touch people up...she had no help and was getting calls Friday as late as 10:30 PM, then she had to be at the High School before 8:00AM to set up.....I followed her instructions and I couldnt have been more pleased.

The color looked good and stayed on....she saw me a couple times and did not have to touch up at all...I recommend this!!

I didnt see these,thanks!....I worked today, but I was busy, so the day went by really fast...thank God!!!

I don't even want to tell you what I eat last night or today......but it's over, I'm not craving anything...ready to eat clean and train.....just in case I decide on a show in October.
