Milos claimed Hide did 3,500 grams of carbs over 2.5 days in the MD or RX wrap up.

Thanks for posting. I knew it would be something like that. He done similar when he worked with Dennis Wolf. You can guess what the insulin dose would be as well. He uses tonnes of slin when loading in all those carbs.

For 1000g-1200g +- he uses 45ui 3x15ui
