i see a lot of people here doing high amount of volume or reps and set.
so how how many people follow is advise giant set, super slow reps all don with light weight.
it seem perfect with intra workout shake and workout slin i know on getbig a pro bodybuilder Steve Namat said he use 50iu then om milos plan.
i tried his leg work out i did 10reps no break only to the next machine squat-hacksquat-legpress-legcurl-legkick-sissysquat then back to squat all is done light. i did 2 round then a break on 6min. did this 3 times and my legs was fried for days after. every time and i was not heavy at all.
so do you guys like his style or do you all think that he's method is all bull and will only work for a period time, then you will need the heavy weight.
