He forgot to mention how much GH is needed with that protocol. It's not 4iu/per day for sure

10 iu/day hgh.

1 hour before breakfast (5iu) and 2 hour after last meal (5iu).
This was for a 103 kg bodybuilder.

I worked with Milos Sarcev and this is absolutely bullshit as Milos would say LOL

I watched the interview and he didn't lie about insulin or his anabolic doses, he is a very intelligent person. He doesn't make anything up and everything he has you do has a specific reason behind it.

This diet was not for me. It was for a forum member on a dutch board. He did 6 months with milos. Last weeks of his prep and then the rebound.

He was coached by Milos and then by Dave for a couple weeks but he dont liked Dave his methods.

Milos advice is change every 4-5 week your steriods. Even your test E,C,Sust etc.
hgh was really 2 shots a day at the end, each 5 iu hgh.

that guys info on milos is incorrect from what i was given
when you work with milos he gives you a complete workout program for months, sets reps exercises rest days, etc.
