Missed shot

what if you miss the scheduled day that you are supposed to poke, does anybody think it will throw off your levels of test if you miss it by a day, or is it no difference?

It really all depends on what your hitting! And also if your on a contest time frame. But for the "most part" one day won't really throw anything off. If not by much!
