For those that compete or train fairly seriously Id like to hear your "routines"
when and how often you incorporate lifting, cardio, odd object lifting, sparring and whatever else your training consisted.
something along the lines of
Monday AM: wts and sprints PM: 2 hours sparring
Tuesday: long run PM: 1 hour bags
etc...
