abs, posing, cardio 60 minutes

work five hours on feet moving around some and finding extra ways to move around

posing, 80 minutes cardio

thats 1850 calories , probally burned at least 1,000 though cardio and work, moving on

weight is 212 shoes on. probably from just eating after the show, Possibly the diuretic, because at weigh in at was 204 shoes off , andit was 215 shoes on monday.

*remember I was 220 lbs two weeks ago*

That said it was 210 the day before I weighed in so body is still adjusting

still doing ec stack at 12/100 two times daily. Still doing t3 at 100 mcg

Back, I visited my old gym. they have some equipment my current gym doesnt have
warm-ups
Nautilus pull over -overhand 50, 100,150 lbs=10 reps
Nautilus pullover one lat at a time, underhand 50 lbs=10x'd, 100 lbs =7 x's, 130 lbs 10 x's (forced negatives)
T bar rows 8 35 lb plates, maybe more or less I lost count-it was heavy 2 heavy sets after one warmup set
chinups=10x's
cable rows underhand closer grip 2 sets after warmup focusing on lower lat contraction
Rack deads 365-3 or 4, felt too heavy, went down to 315 =10 slow and controlled. did a set of shrugs at the end
assisted pullups a set or so

*stretching between sets. Hanging at the end to stretch spine back ut after rack deads

after post workout meal and another meal went back did physical therapy on rotator cuffs and a few sets of laterals on side lateral machine. I wouldnt normally do this but had to take advantage of this machine

cardio 60 minutes heart rate said between 105-120 but I think its off. I did some intervals in there getting it up to 140 it said. I was huffing and puffing quite hard and pouring sweat

did chest and arms after one meal

Incline smith after warm ups, 235 lbs=6x's 245 lbs=8x's
Incline chest machine 4 reps then dropset to 5 reps
db flies 50 lbs after warmup
chest machine hits outer and lower well 250 and dropset
pec dec

supersetted forearms, biceps and triceps

supersetted
forearms db underhand wrist curls 5,15,25,35,40 ten reps or more every set
hammer curls went up to 40 lbs
tricep pushdown went to 120 15 reps

supersetted
db kickbacks went to 75 lbs
one arm cable curls

Larry scott tricep extensions using rope went to 120 I think
drag cable curls close and wide grip...think went to 150 not totally sure

worked 5 hours on feet

cardio 60 minutes

forgot to take tbol today and caffeine and ephedrine.

weight in morning training 209, lightest ive been this prep (and in six years lol) it appears abs are looking more defined than last week. weight in evening after water sodium 211.

did quads and hamstrings after one meal

bodyweight lunges three sets, warm ups
leg extension, heavy as I could without pain
lying leg curl, heavy
leg press wide to hit abbuctors, all the way down
incline glut ham, set then with 30 lbs
hack squat- sissy hacks one set,

feet is a bit higher than I used to due to knee injury that happened,
1 plate =10 all the way down,
2 plates parrell or so,
3 plates medium ish 5 reps and closer stance 5 reps,
4 plates same,
5 plates per side, 8 reps, went somewhat deep, medium and close stance

did some posing and recorded. One week out , weight at 211.

Today 40 mgs tbol, shot of enthtest 75 mgs, 100 mgs dtc, 150 mgs eq, 50 mgs tren e

Took a Moa Cialis before going over girlfriends and did about 20 minutes cardio :) Moa Cialis works well

came home and did more slow cardio, 60 minutes and burned about 400 calories

Im not ripped as you can see. Ive improved since last week, and still getting leaner , my metabolism seems to have sped up and i've got a week until June 9th competition

took 40 mgs tbol pre workout

Shoulders, traps, biceps, calves (what i could do)

Standing Shoulders side laterals up to 50 lbs=6 x's after warmups
side lateral machine 70lbs=10x's
On bench bent over laterals 25,40.60.85, three different posistions 5 x's each
seated shoulder press machine heavy enough to get 6 reps close to failure
partial side laterals front side and rear then with shrugs to front 60, 95, 120 lbs
standing calve machine shrugs 270 lbs=10 reps

arm blaster db curls, after warmups 45 lbs 5 sets 10 reps or so

Calve seated calve, 25 5 lighter bc I strained my calve and been inflammed, inner ankle area inflammed
leg press calves 3 plates per side , 4 plates on the good ankle, left side

work six hours

cardio 60 minutes

Lots of vegetables are being eaten like broccoli, spinach mainly these two although sometimes kale, zucchini

assisted neutral grip pullups , warm up sets to one set of 10 where struggling

machine neutral grip pulldown, , hits my lats like no exercise comes close 170lbs=10 x's 250 lbs =5-6x's

cable rows d handle focused on squeezing
db row 70lbs=10, 120 lbs=10x's
hammer strength one arm row, 2 plates=10, 4 plates 10
rack deadlifts 315=10x's
barbell shrugs 315=8 x's

I hang 30-60 secs after back bc stuff that compasses my spine its good to stretch it back out

sodium cut out at about 10 pm, will keep it low as I can, then introduce back in at 10 pm tomorrow night , when i cut water


I leave tomorrow for a six hour drive . I guess ill update sunday or monday after I return home.
