Ive had a sinus infection this week, nose stopped up , running, splitting up infection so today i said im getting out and in in an hour or so and did about that

Today was back

after work I took 20mgs dbol, agmatine, took a 20 minute nap. Got up ate again (four meals so far) sat around a while and hit the gym

warmups, rotator cuff, pt exercises, light weights..

pulldowns half to the front and half to the back couple warmups sets, 2 sets first set 10 reps, next set 8 reps
cable rows couple sets warmup, 1 set-8 good lat contraction reps. 1 set-4 reps (it was really too heavy)
Chest supported t bar rows warm up set 45+25, 3 (45's+5)-10, 4(45's)-8
hyperextensions couple sets
rack deadlifts , mid shin, wider grip- 185-10, 365-6
hung like three times maybe 20-30 secs at a time to stretch out back from pulldown station, then just hanging there

back of ribs feeling sore, may have been from leg pressing as I go all the way down . Next time it may be best i watch this and not go all the way to rock bottom, well see.
 
ive injured my back ribs quite bad. when i lay down , for a nap or sleep, after I get up I scream im in so much pain. Imay have dislocated, bruised, or even broken something

I thought about going to re room but didnt feel like waiting. I trained instead and it began to feel better

I think its from the leg press machine as I went down to rock bottom last leg session a few days ago.

did some foam rolling . Then did interval cardio for twenty minutes

Today I was off work. :headbang: I eat two meals, last meal was ham, mixed with kale, lots of sodium, sweet potato

So I look better in the befores. Im even smiling more. I just woke up from a nap on the second pictures and didnt think about smiling. :) Strength went up, I may have improved on calves as that was a focus, along with arms ;although some elbow pain toward the end , chest I tried to improve, and lower lats. Legs got bigger and stronger.

I appear bigger in the upper body if you compare the front shots quite a bit. , chest shoulders, arms., same on side shots, and the back shot I appear bigger.

weight is somewhere between 230-and 232 on second pictures. waist appears wider unless its the shorts position.

I learned I didn't need to go as high as I did with the deca , and would have added more test in. 600 mgs weekly deca , libido took a bit of a hit.

I used Mao's
deca 600 mgs weekly
bold 300 mgs a week
test e started at 150 mgs a week and went to 300
dbol 20 mgs on workout days, some days 30

did this for six weeks then tapered down to 600 total in week seven. Now its onto true trt doses 70-140 mgs weekly
 
Okay Since Oct 9th so Ive been on trt was doing sub-q Mao labs and it caused welts, swelling , welts. My trt prescription pfizer doesnt seem to do this. I started Mao labs Im injections, 75 mgs twice a week. Thats what my prescription is 150 mghs

I had blood work, two days after 75 mgs, my test was 828, my estradiol was 39, free test was 255 which is well off the charts. According to my bloodwork over the past four years though my free test always seems a bit high in relation to total test

anyways Im starting my second cycle this offseason which will probably be my last , until I start competition prepping.

Yesterday did 150 test and 150 eq, both Mao labs 10 mgs superdrol
for support im taking a cycle support blend, hawthorn berry, nac, also taking tudca

Thanksgiving food so lots of food. Weight is 232 with shoes off so Ive maintained weight. I ve been eating clean maybe 80 % and using stuff like ranch sauce and sauces with my chicken, stuff I dont do while getting ready for contest.

Yesterday Chest and Calves, went to a different gym did a chest press machine, and a fly machine, stuff I usually dont do, Went intense.

calves standing calve, love this machine, my home gym calve machine is way more difficult than this and doesnt get into my muscle fibers, this one does. I went up to 700 lbs , as i can on this machine and not at my home gym.

Today jumped on home gym scale and weight is 236 shoes off. It hasn't been this high in three or so years. Quite a bit of it is in love handle area. A few days ago it was like 232. Im thinking all this thanksgiving food. Also today is third day of superdrol, 10 mgs, i've never taken superdrol while in surplus calories. Looks like I'm going to eat no junk food for a while and see how my body responds.
 
weight is still up, I rechecked again to make sure there after eating clean, geez i don't like it. my love handle area isnt pretty either. I can pose well and all . I'm definitely offseason

Guy at gym saying I look bigger. I told him its fat. he asked what percent.I said 20. he said I must be 40 than. I don't know what I am, ill try to get some pictures again at the end of this run, because I plan on ending it by or around christmas.

Diet related for sure as thats the main thing that puts the weight there if body fat is stored easily there. Estrogen is increased with bodyfat levels so that could be a culprit; however many guys take anti estrogen and serms and still store it there so I think its just a spot where I store more body fat once Im not very, very lean anymore. Good question

I got prescription raloxifene and finasteride so im going to introduce these in, something like 25 mgs ralox and maybe 0.5 finasteride eod or day with test this high on this last shot, 225 mgs.
