As for the effects themselves is more of an awakeness/alertness type of feeling. Its felt most if you were deprived of some sleep or periods were you are noramally tired during the day. Its not like adderall or other amph's. In fact its very gentle.
Its best use IMO is to regulate sleep timing if it gets out of whack. If you tired its a useful supp if not then pass.
Pira and pram are entirely different, weather you feel it or not, they have multitude of brain healthy effects

Big A said:Not that kind. Every night I dream that I am back you know where. Or I lose everything in my life, like it nearly happened.
cryptasm said:some claim liver toxic so I'd say to be safe take ur liver aids...also for most benifit if using milk thistle use the type that has siliphos in it...clinicly proven 10x stronger than standard milk thistle..
Also try some Xanax for sleep, it'll help especially when you wake up from a bad dream and can't get back to sleep cause of panic or anxiety..
Good luck!!
Big A said:Great, that will go good with my d-bol - more stress on the liver.
Synthergine will destroy the milk thistle for liver protection properties.
I don't like xanax. As a matter of fact I don't like any brain drug as such for various reasons. And I have access to most everything due to my medical clinic/pharmacy.
Good One!!!
Post how the Provigil works for ya.....
I use the synthergine too, along w Liv52 and Milk Thistle.. liver counts are always good...
Good Luck
Big A said:Yes, I know about pira and pram, but it's impossible to get here (aust) so I'm looking for other alternatives.
I've had a crap year, so I still get nightmares every night, I am mostly sleep deprived and depressed, and because of that I fall behind greatly in my work.
hompie said:Sorry to hear you had a louzy year. Mine wasn't that great also. I dont have the nightmares but I do feel somewhat depressed and tired all day. I know what causes it though. Economy in Holland is very bad at the moment people dont wanna spend their money and we notice this at our gym also. So business isn't that great and we struggle to make a living. I have had the gym now for 16 years and I'm sure as hell not giving up! Better times will come again Im sure as it will for you.

Big A said:Hey Hompie! Good to hear from you. I'll email you shortly so we can catch up.
I'll be your way in November. Competing up there and also I am going to catch up with a buddy of mine. He owns the coffe shop that is accross the square from the main train station in Amsterdam. It has the logo of a pitbull.
hompie said:Is it called "the Bulldog"? Thats the most famous one in Amsterdam.
Just maybe you can honor me with a visit in my humble gym ;-)
