No its not for me !!
I've got a very close femal friend that is into triathalons and such and she is training for her first all out marathon , she called me asking about what she could take or do to increase her endurance and reduce sorness. She took HGH 4 years ago for 6 months when she got into working out and hit a wall so she tried it and dropped alot of BF% and toned up very well. She asked if that would be a good thing to take again to maybe increase her endurance and reduce her sorness.
I'm not sure that HGH is good for that so I told her that I'd ask around as I get tired and sore from driving 26 miles !!
She has been making steady gains in distance but for the last 5 weeks she is spent at 17 miles , even tried eating several more "bars" while running.
My thought would be maybe low dse EQ to up her blood volume , I've also been told that 4 tablespoons of applecider viniger is good for reducing soreness and such.
Anybody out their have any ideas or info for this type of training>
