I just sat down and read through this entire thread for an hour. One of the bests thread on any bb site I have come across. I'm a bit of a hypochondriac and always worry about things like bp, cholesterol etc. But I'm young and so people always tell me not to worry about it. I think thats incredibly naive and that these kinds of issues should be prevented from the start not dealt with when its too late. So I guess im just saying thanks for all the great info!

p.s about hypertension cardio definitely reduces it dramatically for me. It runs in my family and at 15 I had 145-155/90 bp at 180 pounds. Now im sitting around 215 and when I consistently do cardio my bp is 120-125/75 even on heavier doses.
