I wasn't that impressed with it. Seems that many overhyped the stuff. I had some gains in strength after several weeks. Nothing compared to some other PH's that I have used. The side effects were bad also including lethargy, warm and sweating all the time, acne, and loss of sex drive. I wouldn't buy the stuff again even if it was legal.
