The clen is causing me to cramp like a mother, I have read adding Taurine can help. How much should I be taking per day.. 5g? 10g? Any info appreciated. THanks -J
Just a word of warning my friend. Clen cramps are kind of a bad sign. The jury is still not 100% out on the effects of clenbuterol and how safe it really is. My advice is this....if your cramping your body is telling you something is wrong. Keep up the water intake and take extra minerals. NOW makes a very good supplement called Full Spectrum Minerals and its about 5 bucks a bottle. Extra glutamine and a good cal/mag supp are needed as well. Avoid all other stimulants on the days your using clen. Just remember one of the biggest and strongest muscles in your body is your heart and if that cramps, well I dont think I need to go any further on that subject. Most likely thats not gonna happen but still its always better to take precautions to avoid a potentialy bad situation. You may want to lower the does by say 20mcgs or so and see that helps a bit. At 120mcgs I was cramping bad as well and I just started paying attention to the warning signs and made sure everything was in check. I lowered the dose to 100mcgs and added in extra minerals and upped my water and the cramps stopped. I also made sure I took in a little extra sodium on the days I was cramping and it helped too. Just watch it and dont go overboard with the salt. Thats my .02 hope it helps.
The first time on clen I cramped BAD. Lots of water, calc-mag, taurine will help. When I did clen (dont use it anymore-too many sides for me) they didnt know about Taurine helping with crapms.
