Muscle cream before wrkout

My doc gives me Voltaren.. Its a miracle drug.. I put it anywhere I have pain and it kills it in minutes.. I also put it on my knees preWO on leg day and its night and day.. Look it up! Its non controlled so most docs will write for it liberally..

Voltaren is a straight up anti-inflammatory. I have it in 3cc injectables and water soluble powder versions along with the cream as well. I wouldn't necessarily use it pre workout since you want blood in the muscle, but if you have tight spots post workout or hurt something it's the shizzle.

I use a little bit of the Hungarian Nicoflex sometimes. Capsaicin and salicylate.
But I don't really like how it burns if you use a lot and really rub it in.
