Anybody here doing this show? Is this a big show? Could it be a first show for a novice?

I have competed in the show 2 years in row...the show keeps getting larger and larger. The last 2 years it has really grown.

I won the Open Middles this year (2010). And Tenny is correct, I competed 2 years ago and won the novice middle and second in the Open middles in 2009.

Emery, great show and very good competitors. Kevin Jordan, Luis Santa, etc...have competed in the show in the last several years as well.

I'm sittin at 5-9 and 245. Fat right now. Not sure where I will be competitive at.

No, they will not have flyers and registration for awhile...but the show is always in May. Just go to Chad Nichols website and check for updates. He is the promoter.

i did the show in 09...its a good show. You'll be fine if its your first show or whatever. It has some good competitors but hasn't been really deep....think maybe 60 men bb. It does get bigger every year though and some good good guys come out of the show.
