I read about this a few weeks ago. The best idea someone came up with to mimic this device was freeze a few water bottles overnight and take them to the gym with you. During the rest periods in between heavy sets grip the frozen bottles for a few minutes and see what happens. The other article I read had a college strength coach preform squats. For his first set he hit something like 8 reps but every set after the reps declined by 1 or 2. Then they had him try the glove on again. Sure enough he was back up to 8 reps. He didn't really become any stronger but his ability to fight fatigue or "radiate his bodyheat" meant he could literally go all day. I have been meaning to try this but keep forgetting. I made a note and will definitely try this tomorrow at the gym and report back with my findings.
