Congrats 155kg/342lb is not bad at all, it always feels good to break a new PR on any lift it appeared you may have been able to do a little bit more weight also.

When you say "improve" your chest what do you mean? Are you referring to your actual bench press or max? Or muscle mass?

I never do 1rm's...this was simply for to see what i can do...first time i have done it in 4months.

Strength etc doesnt bother me...i just want to gain overall size on my chest as my chest lags in size.

My routine atm is

Decline Barbell 15-20Rest Pause,
Incline Dumbell 8-12reps x 3Sets
Flys 8-12reps x 3sets, drop set on last set.
Chest Stretch in a fly position for 1min.

I hit my chest once every 5/6days.
