Obviously I’m not Bboy but on a recent podcast with found abiad Patrick tuor talked about how important gh is for making significant quality gains in size.

From my understanding it's not the gh itself that causes the "fat burning" or hyperplasia- its the conversion of gh to igf-1. Igf-1 is not only the gamebreaker for nutrient partitioning and switching fuel source to stored bf, but it's what causes new cell growth.

Muscle cells through training/diet/aas can only increase so much in size. Now if you're adding additional muscle cells, there is more to grow through training/diet/aas.

I was told by same person 6iu+ (pharm grade) gh is where hyperplasia begins. So i would guess that 8iu+ of quality generic is where the same metric applies.

Which would fall in line with a comment he made in one of his threads about Cutler or some other pro telling him "do as much gh as you can afford", and b-boy himself saying when he went up to 8iu is when his gains/training results really took off.

He can correct me if i misspoke on that.

Yah the IGF forms a pathway with the Androgen Receptor of which the AR is permissive to the IGF. In itself, that's just for pure hypertrophy of existing myofibrils. The GH does a lot of stuff, so people take it for all that. In the end, GH is really where you get more Myoblasts which fuse-to and nucleate the fibers, and that is the support for the "quality gains" where people can "hold on" to. I would consider a system of linking your androgen levels to your IGF levels for pure hypertrophy. Then, you need the "kitchen sink" of GH&etc for all that other Myoblast jargon.

Seeing as that these messenger proteins are written in your DNA, this is where you begin to see them as an "equilizer" of "genetics". All those growth factors gould do wonders for the right person. However, if a guy begins the race with a ton more muscle fibers from birth, then you obviously see what's going on here.
