I thought I would share my experience with you guys so you can make your own decision on using this product, if you like. I followed the following program of use:
Day 1, 2 - used 100mg 3Xday, broke dosage out to 3 seperate dosages. Felt a little "rumbling in the stomach, but other than that, nothing.
Day 3, 4 - used 200mg 3xday, broke dosage up out to 3 seperate dosages. I started to feel a little warm at night on day 4 and sweated alot during evening workout
Day 5, 6 - used 300mg 3xday, again broke dosage up. morning of day 6 really started to feel lethargic in the morning and at night. The sweating at the gym was insane both days. Day 6 sleeping was very dificult I was sweating like a ****ing pig!!
Day 7 - decided to take only one dosage of 300mg in the morning with my NYC before AM cardio and holy **** I burned up and felt like complete ass, went home and back to bed.
Day 8 - returned to the 300mg 3xday and didn't feel much except for extreme sweating at the gym.
Day 9 - Am awoke with the worst god damn rash I have ever ****ing seen!! Looks like I rolled in poison ivy and then tanned for a hour straight.
Results: SU was the only new supplement I added to my diet, and yes I did get results I lost 7 pounds and 1.25 inches from my midsection. My diet consisted of 450 to 500 grams of protein and 150 carbs aday (none after 3pm). Cardio everyday and 3x week in the AM.
Do I reccommend it, sure if you can tolerate the heat (no problem) the lethargic (NYC solves that), the rash- NO ****ING WAY!!!
