Either way works more than likely. I just prefer heaviest being first. IMO, going heaviest first is best simply because you're at your strongest point after the warm up sets. Doing a heavy working set of 10-12 then trying to go even heavier for 6-8, you more than likely wouldn't be able to go as heavy as you would if you had your first working set being the heaviest.
For example, look how dusty and Jordan peters train when doing their two working sets. Heaviest first then back of set second.
