Yes she’s a Doctor. Lots of 12 hours shifts. She often trained at 9:00pm then up at 5:30. She was up to 1 hour cardio after training.It takes a ton of commitment, drive and sacrifice to get up on that stage in your best condition.
Congrats to her and you as well. A supportive spouse/partner is a plus. It isn't easy when the dieting kicks
into high gear.
