Hy guys.
I am an old member here but in silence for lot of time but a food follower 😁.
Now I think is the time for me to take again in my hands my body and do a great health... and recomposition preparation.
To push myself to be focused on my goal I decided to compete in the 2021 spring and push my body to the next level.
So the man in question is:
44 years old
Bf around 20%
height 169
Weight 95kg
A good beef.. 😭
My program will be the follow:

2800 kcal
50% carbohidrates
45% proteins
5% fats
I will cut every month 200 kcal from carbohidrates
Workout
3 split high volume training rotating each muscle so I can complete full body in 2 weeks
Cardio 45 min. Steady elliptical cardio each non weight day
Gear:
150mg testo enant each 4 days
40 mg t acetat subq every other day
100mcg+ 100mcg ipamorelin+ cjc each morning
100mcg +100mcg ghrp2+CJC post workout
100mcg+ 100mcg ipamorelin+ cjc each night
500mcg+500mcg bpc 157+tb500 each night
10 mg cialis day
20mcg t3 Day
25mg proviron day
50 mcg igf1 l3 after breakfast
Maybe I think to add 4 UI hgh day.. I need to think of my money allow that 😩.
So the first part of the journey 3 months, will be to cut of fat increase muscle density and quality and heal my body because I suffer for some back and should pain..

That looks very complicated from the start.
I would start now with getting diet and training lined out before starting a bunch of different drugs , sups and all that cardio.
I would simply run your test at 300mg a week with 4iu HGH , start a training template that you can follow easily (all of John Meadows programs are pretty good) and situate your diet according. And start off with just 10min a day cardio.
I'm personally from the higher protein/lower carbs line of thinking when it comes to dieting , 2800 calories seem about like a good place to start but I'd rearrange your macros alot to situate you carbs to just before , during then right after training.
What I have seen work great for most people is simply using your weight times 1.5 to get your protein total , the weight time .5to get your fat total. Then add in 50g carbs to the meal before training , 50g intra workout shake ,50g post workout shake then 50g in the meal following that.
After 2 weeks evaluate what your progress is , starting now you will have 15 weeks before the new year , just losing a pound of fat per week would put your bodyfat in the 10%-11% range which would be a great place to start a contest prep.

Running 300mg test with 4iu a day HGH will prevent you from losing any muscle unless you went nuts with cutting calories. Theo's would also put you in the position to simply add in 150mg Masteron and Tren per week for your prep which will help ALOT with fat loss and possibly allow to gain some muscle. As you plateau in diet and training make small change to diet , cardio and drugs ,just enough to continue making progress.

It doesn't need to be complex at all , it doesn't take a ton of drugs or hours of cardio. Save your money on all the peptides for quality generic HGH

Hy thanks for the reply.
The question of using bpc and tb500 is also to heal my body from some back and shoulder pain so i think can be used in conjunction with Hgh,
The suggestion to use thus hgh instead of all peptides is appreciated because I am alwais against that choice but, from ghrp2 I have got good feedback instead from hgh I got alwais water retention and not good effect.
But anyway this is only my sensation.
Of course the diet will play the main role in the prep and thank you again for the suggestion.
Another thing, I used to have tren ace at very low dose subq, it gave me crazy gains and sex drive strengt and strong workout in the gym this was the reason.
