Geez where have I been I have never eaten this before Quinoa.
I had it the other day at a friends and it was so good. Now I am eating it with everything. Anyone else? Just google the health benefits and it actually tatste good.
I love quinoa myself and prefer the red vs. the white. Super easy to make and quite delicious. I usually just eat it as a side, but there are recipes in which you can incorporate it into dishes.
I have a theory that they call things 'superfoods', because it's a way to get people to eat some shit that they'd otherwise never touch in a million years.
Everyone loves healthy salads especially made with quinoa.
Here is a simple recipe:
Iceberg, green salad, quinoa, peeled tomatoes, avocado, arugula, Vesuvius, sesame, Unagi sause. All mixed together and mmmmmm Delicious
