Currently running a low carb diet, 100g carbs per day and i`m leaning up nicely. Sitting right around 217 at a lean 5`8 this morning and nearing my `blast` which will be 12 weeks of all out crazy ass weights, big food and growing. Currently cruising on 300mg test per week.
I am sure I can hit 235 in my next blast, and as lean as ever before (clipped at 8.2% yesterday). This would put my stage weight around 210.
My AAS plan is 1g test e and 400mg tren ace per week for the whole 12 weeks. Is this too much tren? I have no money for peptides but may run slin at 10-12iu pre workout.
Diet wise:
1 - 6 whole eggs in olive oil, 100g oats and milk, banana, fish oils x 10
2 - 300g chicken/steak, 350g sweet potato, 15ml olive oil, fruit
3 - 150g oats, 100g whey
4 - 300g chicken/steak, 350g sweet potato, 15ml olive oil, fruit
5 - 150g oats, 100g whey
Post workout will include 100g carbs.
This is around the 5,300 mark. Does it look decent?

3 x per week due to work commitments, going to go back to DC training...
