When I did bro-splits I did biggest to smallest. Legs, back, chest, and then shoulders with arms.

Same for me...but my issue is after leg day my lower back is fried...and I work out every day...so I just do chest the following day so I can lay down
Ya doing leg day wrong




To the OP maybe lower the volume on your leg day so it doesn't affect the future training days as much

Nah, just missing a disk and the artificial disk I do have is cracked...leg day is fine...anatomy day is wrong

I just started cinderella solution program and would love to see what your results have been! I'm only on like, day 5 and I have already dropped 3 pounds. I'm happy about that. My favorite flavor pair is the orange & ginger drink after dinner oh, and the matcha
