Ronnie Adams

I will have to look around and find my old copy of Parrillo Performance.. there was an article or two about Ronnie Adams offseason diet... It was INSANE...mass, mass quanitities of food. I believe that he is from the Maryland..if I am not mistaken...Todd Swinney was his prep coach for some time...perhaps still is?
