Ok... So my buddy is also doing a bi n tri run, but he doesn't go online.. The other day he told me to go buy a shake weight,So I did... Wow this thing is awesome for a pump after you take your shots... You can adjust it so it puts pressure on your bis then switch it up for your tris...get's the blood flowing in your arms.....

So I wake up this morning and I got the flu... I'm so sick... I should still probably do my shots? I don't know what to do, any advise... I'm gonna lay down now. I'll check in later.... Ugggggghhhhh...

I took my shots.... Arms are getting tight... I can't extend my arms straight anymore. No pain just feels like a lot of pressure on my arms... Lots of massaging them. They didn't grow anymore since my last picture... Sunday is day 20... Will be posting pics.

Well, it's day 21... Today I moved up to 3 ml... Oh boy... I'm gonna have to inject bis n the morning and tris at night. Took me an hour to do all injections today... My arms are very tight and swollen...Lost all definition... Everyone things I put on 20 lbs n the last 2 weeks... Nobody believes me when I tell them I'm about 200 lbs... I cant get my T-shirts over my arms anymore...For my weight my arms look huge... Ok here's some pic. Now I bought a new tape, because from looking at the pictures. I was holding the tape crooked.. Only cause I was going over the highest part of my bi. And the highest part of my tri... My arms are still the same with this new tape... But they are defiantly bigger cause if I put my old tape on the are over 19... But I feel like I'm cheating myself... So with that said. Here some pics...
