I loose 1,5% of bf in 30 days keeping density and gaining muscle mass with 246.4 and 5.8% bf by PARRILLO PERFORMACE METHOD, and my trainer change my diet since monday April 1 like this:
Rest days: 560 gr Protein, 35 gr Fat, No carbohidrates
Training day and the day after( remember i train once a week): 350 gr prot, 410 carbs, 28 gr fats
I am felling very good and i going to post a picture next week.
and remember.....
There is no space for the littles!!!!!!!!
