i have diabetes, which i control with an insulin pump. i use novalog, which is basecally the same as humalog. i manually take the insulin with every meal, and it is on a slow drip for the remainder of the day. i take about 10 units after workouts and it has helped me with gains. my question is... if you had the control of your insulin intake with the push of a button, how would you use it (safely)? what carbs should i be taking in, how should i use it before and after workouts, and so on. any advice or recommendations would be much appreciated
